What is the delivery lead time like for my order?

We aim to get your order to you within 3 working days from the date your order was shipped. For items which we need to source from our suppliers, the delivery lead time ranges from 3-5 working days. On a daily basis, our friendly courier partners strive to make deliveries happen between 12pm - 6pm, so do look out for them!

My order is not here yet. What should I do?

Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible. If your items have still not arrived, don’t worry. Please allow at least 3 - 5 working days for your order to arrive depending on the given estimated delivery time on your product. If you have purchased more than 1 item, you may receive your purchases at different times.

Who are our logistic partners?

Orders are shipped via PosLaju, and GDex Courier. Our partners are just as dedicated as we are in delivering your Te Chi-Chi products to you as soon as possible.

Do you offer free shipping?

Te Chi-Chi is happy to offer delivery anywhere in Malaysia on all orders! Delivery will be FREE for all orders of which paid price (excludes shipping fee) is RM75 and above for West Malaysia (WM), while RM150 and above for East Malaysia (EM). For orders amounting to the paid price (excludes shipping fee) being less than RM75 (WM) or RM150 (EM), a handling fee of RM8 will be charged for deliveries to West Malaysia and RM13 to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak).

Once your orders have been picked up by our logistic partners, tracking codes would be available and you can then track the delivery status of your orders via the links below:

1. Go to www.poslaju.com.my, click on the tab “Track & Trace”, and then key in your tracking number.
